My first VIM customisation

I did not copy this from anywhere, I worked this out for myself.
"open a terminal in a new tab
map <silent> <M-C-N> :tabnew <bar> :terminal<CR>
I am one step closer not only to never leaving my terminal, but not even leaving VIM for another terminal.
